On his 21st birthday, James received a homebrewing kit from his craft-beer loving older brother, Sean. This sparked a passion that grew into brewing nearly a hundred unique beer recipes.

Project Alora 🗃️
West Coast IPA
6.2 % ABV | 70 IBU
A clear, fruity, and bitter west coast IPA kettle and dry hopped with Alora.
Edina’s water is not the best for brewing beer with higher perceived bitterness. Recently, we installed a new RO water system which helped balance out the sulfate to chloride ratio. Making a perfectly bitter WEST COAST IPA 🍺

Come drop off new, unwrapped toys at our Toys for Tots drop-off located in our taproom! Toys for Tots mission is to collect toys and distribute them to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas. Their goal is that through the gift of a new toy, help bring the joy of Christmas and send a message of hope to America`s economically disadvantaged children. @toysfortotsofficial
Drop-offs are located at the back entrance and front entrance of our taproom, starting today through December 17th.

After dreaming of crashing the Stars Hollow town meetings and trying the pie at Luke’s Diner, we thought there had to be some way to bring our worlds together. All anyone wants is to find a nice person to play trivia with ‘til we drop dead.
Perhaps you can join one of Paris’ study groups to ensure victory–or, maybe you’d rather just give the show another re-watch. Whether you’re a fan of Hep Alien, an insipid board game aficionado, or a former Whiffenpoof, you’ll love our “Gilmore Girls” Trivia! Heads up, this is a rerun of a past theme, so if you already played Gilmore Girls Trivia, it’ll be the same set of questions as last time.
-Trivia is hosted in our private event space near the front entrance.
-Trivia starts promptly on time and seating is limited so make sure to get here early.
-Teams are limited to six
-Use your noodle, not your google!
-Themed prizes will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place teams and the best team name/costume.

With the return of HoneyComb, "Bee Sting" a spicy black & tan returns as well! This Beertail is our Scotty`s Milk Stout layered with HoneyComb Cream Ale + a teaspoon of our reaper syrup for a spicy kick! 🔥 (only available in the taproom)
